In the unlikely event of a defect in materials or workmanship, the defective Quad will be repaired or replaced at our option, free of charge*, with a similar product or one of equal value if the defective product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed. *Shipping charges may apply

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The purchaser must register within 60 days of purchase. Quad is intended for use by consumers in an outdoor cooking setting. Small cosmetic blemishes inherent to hand finishing which do not affect performance are not covered. Oxidation, punctures, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and finishes over extended time and use are not warranted. Any commercial use, structural modification by a third-party, and/or unintended use will void the warranty.
