Inspect the package and contents upon receipt. In the event of damage during shipping let us know ASAP. We will work with you to get you up and cooking with fire as quickly as possible. We will need pictures of the packaging, the damages, and the shipping label to process the claim (the more the better!). You will not be charged for replacing goods damaged in shipment. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please submit photos of the defect to enable us to determine the extent of the defect and the most efficient means of resolving the problem. You will not be charged for replacing the defective product. Send photos to contact us as soon as possible to affect a quick resolution.
