SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want the Quad® Grill to meet your every expectation, but if you have unpackaged it and it does not, we will gladly allow you to return it. Please contact us regarding any return inquiries.
The Quad® Grill must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused (resalable) condition and in the original packaging. A refund will be issued to the same payment method as the purchase, minus a 15% restocking and delivery charge. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the return. However, if the return is because of an error on our part, there will be no restocking charge.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will work with you to get you up and cooking with fire as quickly as possible. Please note that we will need pictures of the packaging, the damages, and the shipping label to process the claim (the more the better!). You will not be charged for replacing goods damaged in shipment.
Any returns must be pre-approved. A pickup authorization and return shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval for return.
FedEx averages 1-2 business day in the Southeast, 3 days to the Midwest, and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast. (These estimates are for ground shipping. Expedited delivery methods are also available for an additional charge. Please contact us if you have any question about a delivery date.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer USPS Global Express Air or FedEx International to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week; during busy periods, it may take up to 3 weeks.
When shipping internationally, Quad® Cooking is not responsible for import/customs charges accrued at delivery destination. These charges vary for every country, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
