GRILLED SALAD
The Story
This recipe is EFD (Easy, Fast, and Delicious!). We love grilling vegetables on the Quad. There’s no need to measure ingredients. Just drizzle, sprinkle, and grill.
Servings: 6
Ingredients:

3 Heads of Romaine Lettuce

8 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese

1/4 Cup Wine Vinegar

1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Extra for Drizzling

1 tsp. Grey Poupon Mustard
-
1 tsp. Honey

Salt & Pepper
Quad Setup:
Full chimney of coal, hot fire, Quad with the grill in place. Do not use the dome.
Directions:
Salad:

Rinse whole Romaine heads and allow to drain.

With the core attached, cut in half lengthwise.

Drizzle cut side with olive oil.

Place cut side down on the grill.

Grill until warmed and slightly charred.

Drizzle with dressing and crumble gorgonzola on top, then serve.
Dressing:

Mix the vinegar, mustard, and honey together in a blender.

Slowly add EVOO with blender motor running.

Add salt & pepper to taste.
